osgdem怎么转换shp文件？

将shp文件直接加载到osgearth上效率太低，想用osgdem将其转换为ive然后再载入osgearth，osgdem上有两个参数--building和--forest可以进行shp文件转换，
osgdem --building jilin.shp -o jilinshp.ive --terrain --geocentric，但不能正常运行，错误如下：
Error: no destination graph built, cannot proceed with build.

请问各位高手怎么解决？

这个是我的参数，结果提示我 vpbmaster can not run without all source data being in the correct destination coordinates system ,please reproject them .
关键我用global mapper重新投影过了。
vpbmaster  --building chinawgs84\bou4m_l.shp    --geocentric   -o chinawgs84\result\bou4m_l.osgb
