 Keep updated in best practice in simulator and gaming industry
Requirements：
 Deep understanding in

o 3D Graphics programming preferable OSG (OpenSceneGraph)
o 3D Graphics modelling (for example Blender or 3D Studio max)
o C++
o Software design, OOA/OOD
o Software test
 Understanding in
o Graphical user interface programming in for instance QT
o Software development environments such as Eclipse or Visual Studio
o Version control (for example SVN or GitHub)
o Windows and Linux
 Good English communication in writing, listening and speaking
 The computer graphics programmer shall love to
o Solve problems
o Learn new skills
o Implement beautiful computer graphics effects
