只不过他是在windows下编译，而且没说怎么解决的

这个提示说明您很可能没有调用OSG根目录下的CmakeLists；而是调用了某个子目录的，这是不允许的

能不能单独编译，某一个源文件呢？比如osgQT，但是cmake报错，不能正常编译，不知道有办法解决没？

不能单独编译某个源文件，除非您自己重新建立一个工程
